• Change of Mind: As each item is printed to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

• Return Process: Approved returns must be sent back in original packaging to prevent further damage. Return shipping costs are covered by Island Alive if the fault is ours.

• Colour Variations: Please note that colours may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings. This is not considered a fault.
