Come and learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method- breathwork, cold immersion and mindset in the beautiful natural surrounds of a forest by the sea.

Learn the science and explore the deep capabilities you have waiting to unlock, as you grow an awareness of your breath, its ability to control your reaction to fear and stress and the techniques to apply when confronting the cold.

Be amazed at what you are truly capable of. Share an enriching experience in a unique piece of Island paradise. No experience required and ice bath completely optional!

Covering the same 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method in detail, with more time to explore the connection with nature and each other.

Stay overnight in retreat house accomodation, take leisurely bush walks, swim at sunrise at the lagoon (private access) and enjoy healthy meals around the campfire.
