Do I need to pay upfront or just put down a deposit?
We ask for full payment when you book any of our experiences. We accept payment via the link on our website or bank transfer (please request details).
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend you book online ahead to time to secure your preferred arrival time and receive the best rate. All bookings made on the same day as your arrival will attract a small premium of 10% whether they are booked online or over the phone. In addition, all public holiday bookings attract a 10% surcharge.
